Come ho già scritto a me piacciono molto e nutrono senza appesantire.
Provate!

It is also in summer you can choose to eat beans! As I've already wrote I like beans very much because they nourish but they have "good" calories!!.
Yesterday at bank held by a farmer I could buy a big bunch of kale and then today I cooked a dish to read and appetizing. Try!

STIR FRIED BLACK KALE WITH POTATOES AND PINTO BEANS

INGREDIENTS (for 4)
a bunch of kale of about 600 gr, 200 gr peeled potatoes, a can of pinto beans boiled and rinsed, a clove of garlic, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt. Optional: sweet paprika or chili.

METHOD
Clean the cabbage leaves, removing the central stick and wash. Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in a pan with olive oil and a clove of garlic. Cook the potatoes covered with a lid, adding water if necessary. After 15 minutes, add the cabbage leaves cut into strips, cover with the lid and cook another 10 minutes over medium heat. At the end, add the beans, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of paprika or chili. Et voila!
