(a me, naturalmente.)
Yeah, like it or not, in a few minutes it will be Oct. 9th and then I will have completed my 48th year!! I'm not going to bore you with budgets and memories of my youth, I keep them for me, don't worry! Although on occasions like this, my thoughts go to the women of my family: my mom my grandmothers (my German Grandma on top!!) my aunts ... like me, they had to prepare their own birthdays !! The night before my birthday my kids ask me which cake I'm going to prepare for MY birthday! Of course, I cannot disappoint them.....
And so, after office and gym, and after traveling about fifty kilometers by bus and metro, after dinner and having arranged the kitchen, I made this cake, a new one!
CAKE WITH NUTS AND YOGURT
INGREDIENTS
a jar of low-fat plain yogurt; then use the jar as a measuring cup and measured two jars of brown sugar, two jars of flour and two jars of hazelnut flour (it can be found in all major supermarkets ), a little jar of corn oil; three eggs , a glass of milk, a bag of baking powder, chocolate chips, if you like it .
PREPARATION
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, add the milk, corn oil , baking powder and gradually the two flours (normal and hazelnut). You can also add chocolate chips , depending on how much you are greedy!
Whip the egg whites, add them to the mixture, stirring gently. Lightly oil a baking dish, sprinkle bottom and sides with flour and pour the cake batter.
Place in a preheated oven (220 º ) for about 30-40 minutes. When the cake is cold, you can put icing sugar or, for the super sweet tooth, the chocolate frosting.
Set fire with dozens of candles and .... Congratulations ! (to me, of course).
